By downloading or using Cosmic Augur, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Cosmic Augur is

Cosmic Augur is a mobile application that presents cultural, symbolic, and AI-assisted content for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not a fortune-telling service that guarantees outcomes, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.

2. No professional advice

Content is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or immigration advice. Do not make high-stakes decisions solely based on the app. Consult qualified professionals when needed.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by the App Store / Google Play in your region (and not under 13). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions & purchases

After a free day of full access, optional Pro (and later Premium) subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation follow that store’s rules. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, scrape, or attack our systems
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer except where allowed by law
• Do not use the app to harass others or violate law
• Do not upload unlawful or infringing content

6. AI-generated content

Some text, voice, or summaries may be generated by AI. Outputs can be incomplete, inconsistent, or culturally imperfect. Treat them as prompts for reflection, not authority.

7. Intellectual property

The Cosmic Augur name, logos, UI, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the app. Tradition names and concepts are referenced for cultural education and entertainment; sacred symbols are treated respectfully and are not offered as certified religious services.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. By using the app, you also acknowledge that policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
